Our Admissions Personnel will be happy to assist you with all the steps of an admission. While some admissions are planned, many result from a crisis and / or hospitalization and you may feel overwhelmed.

Please be aware also that we usually do have an opening. Because of our reputation, many people assume that we are 100% full but since we are able to send over 50% of those admitted home following rehabilitation, we are frequently creating new openings.

A completed application must be filled out first. If the application is approved, then we will set up the other steps which include an onsite assessment to make sure that we can meet the needs of your loved one.

Please feel free at anytime to come for a tour of our lovely new building. While you are welcome to stop in, it would be best to call for an appointment so we are sure to have the time for a thorough tour and for all of your questions.
