It’s more than a job. It’s a calling.

Working at Restmor, you’ll develop meaningful relationships and have an incredible impact on residents who truly need you. That’s a benefit you can’t put a dollar amount on. But speaking of dollars, Restmor’s total compensation package is among the best around. For instance, all new employees immediately begin earning paid time off at a rate of four weeks off each year (you are given additional time based on longevity). For eligible employees, Restmor makes a generous percentage of your pay into a 401(k) retirement plan – no employee match required.

A positive, supportive work culture at our Christian nursing home, coupled with our high staff-to-resident ratio makes for a manageable workload and lower stress. You’ll also appreciate the benefits of working in modern facility with the latest equipment. Since we know the quality of our care is directly related to the quality of our staff, we do all we can to attract and keep the best people.

Low turnover

Restmor’s turnover rate for our direct care providers is considerably better than the industry average, especially for nursing staff. That is an indicator that our RNs, LPNs, and CNAs enjoy working here and tend to stay for a long time. Having dedicated, experienced employees also translates into better care for our residents.
